It's hard to believe that it has been five years since I finished treatment like 18 chemotherapy, 5 surgeries, radiology treatment, and nuclear pill treatment. As I reflect on this journey, filled with its ups and downs, my heart is filled with a mixture of emotions. I feel grateful for how far I have come, uncertain about what the future holds, and above all, a sense of resilience that has carried me through this trying time.
Despite the challenges during those five years, I held onto hope, believing that one day I would emerge on the other side, cancer-free and stronger than ever.
My eyes were filled with tears when I found this from the sky, maybe in June before the start of chemotherapy. It's like receiving a sign from someone who sent me a wish of encouragement.

Yet, here I am, five years later, and the words "cancer-free" still eludes me. In the United States, I have not been properly managed by an oncology doctor, leaving me without the reassurance I long for. But as I count the years on my fingers, I can't help but feel a sense of triumph knowing that I have made it this far on my own.
was diagnosed with terminal cancer and that plunged me into a future that seemed uncertain and bleak. I longed for a life that was filled with happiness and beauty, but the reality often fell short of my dreams. However, the experience taught me a valuable lesson that I carry with me every day: it's essential to live happily in the present moment and not endure hardships for the future. I now make a conscious effort to cherish each moment that comes my way, whether it's enjoying the simple pleasures of life or finding joy in the company of loved ones. I am attempting to develop a newfound appreciation for the present moment.
As I reflect on the past five years, I am reminded of the resilience of the human spirit and the power of hope in the face of adversity. Though my journey with breast cancer may not have unfolded as I once imagined, I am grateful for every twist and turn, for they have shaped me into the person I am today.
So here's to the next five years and beyond—a future filled with endless possibilities, boundless hope, and the unwavering determination to live life to the fullest, one day at a time.
